Tom Rudinskas was born and raised in Montreal, Quebec and he completed his undergraduate degree at Queen’s University, graduating in 2006. He moved to Edmonton, Alberta, to attend law school at the University of Alberta. He was called to the Alberta Bar in August, 2011.
Before moving to Toronto, Tom articled and practiced at a well-established firm in Edmonton. Tomas’ practice has touched upon numerous areas of law; however, he aims to carry on a civil litigation practice, including construction law, employment law, corporate/commercial litigation, estate litigation and personal injury. He also practices in the area of wills and estate administration. In Edmonton, he was an active member of Student Legal Services, an organization that supplied free legal information to low-income individuals.
Outside of the law, Tomas enjoys recreational sports including hockey, skiing, rugby, squash and windsurfing; he was a competitive national and international sailor in Laser II and 29er Class, with appearances at World Championships, North American Championships, Quebec Championship, including an 11th place finish at the 2005 World Championships for Laser II Class.
